(Madison, NJ) - Richard Stockton (4-1-1) ran their unbeaten streak to four as they came from behind to forge a 5-5 tie against FDU-Florham (3-2-1) on Saturday afternoon.
Chris Katona (Howell/Howell) dished four assists to help the Ospreys.

The Devils opened the scoring just 2:20 into the game on a Connor McIntyre goal.
Anthony Colofranson (Woodbury Heights/Gateway) tied it at 20:35 on the first of his two markers on the day with Katona's first helper of the afternoon. Ryan Hurdes gave FDU the lead at the break on an unassisted goal to make it 2-1 at the half.

Colofranson tied the match up again 4:15 into the second stanza on assists from Katona and
Dominic Nocito (Delran/Delran) to make it 2-2. Hurdes notched his second tally of the game just over three minutes later, before
Pat Rafferty (Brick/Christian Brothers Academy) scored on a penalty kick for the 3-3 tie. The Devils potted the next two goals on unassisted markers by Dylan Meyer and Tommy Asselta for a 5-3 count with 16 minutes to play before the Ospreys made the furious comeback.

Nocito took a Katona dish and fired a shot off the crossbar and in to cut the lead to 5-4 with 11:14 on the clock. Rafferty later picked up his second marker of the day with just 19 seconds remaining to knot the game at 5-5 and Katona collected his fourth assist on the play. Neither team was able to generate a scoring opportunity in the first overtime. Stockton squeezed off three shots on goal in the second OT but was unable to get the game-winner.

Goalkeeper
Bob Millar (Cream Ridge/Allentown) made 11 saves for Stockton while his counterpart Nick Mihalik kicked out 12 Osprey attempts for the Devils. The teams combined for 54 shots, with Stockton holding a slight 29-25 advantage.

Stockton takes to the road for their next contest as they face Swarthmore on Wednesday for a 7pm match.
