Larry Floyd (Washington Twp./Washington Twp.) finished sixth out of 21 runners in the 60m hurdles at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet with a time of 8.77 seconds. Floyd was the only Division III runner to qualify for the finals, doing so with the fifth-fastest time in preliminaries. He also placed 15th out of 31 runners in the 200m with a time of 24.16 seconds.
