Phillip Palmer (West Deptford/West Deptford) led three Osprey runners in the top 10 with his fourth-place finish out of 101 participants at the Highlander Invitational. Palmer ran a time of 28:48 over the 8K course and led Stockton to first place out of 14 teams.
