Lauren Alwan (Cherry Hill/Timber Creek) scored 26 points in two games at the Scranton Hilton Poinsettia Classic to reach the 1,000-point mark for her career. Alwan tossed in 12 markers in a 62-61 overtime defeat to Cabrini and then followed with 14 points in a 65-61 win over Eastern. She sank two free throws with 18 seconds left in the victory over Eastern to hit 1,000 points in her career at Stockton.
