Emily Sorochynskyj (Boonton/Boonton) was named NJAC Defensive Player of the Week and Longstreth/NFHCA Defensive Player of the Week after starting the season with 24 saves and two shutouts. Sorochynskyj made five saves in a 2-0 triumph over Arcadia and then produced an outstanding performance with a career-high 19 saves in a 1-0 double-overtime win at Eastern University.
