Emily Higbee (Absecon/Holy Spirit) won two events at the NJAC Indoor Championships and established personal bests in both. Higbee took the weight throw in a field of 17 with a toss of 15.36 meters and also won the shot put in a field of 19 with a heave of 12.46 meters. The victories were her first career wins at the NJAC indoor meet.
