Steven Jernee (Ocean City/Ocean City) won the javelin and also set a school record (62.29m) in his first college meet. Jernee’s throw ranks sixth in NCAA Division III this season. He was chosen NJAC Field Athlete of the Week for the performance, which helped Stockton to first place out of 15 teams at the Stockton Invitational.
