Steven Jernee (Ocean City/Ocean City) was selected NJAC Rookie of the Week after breaking his own school record and winning the javelin with a toss of 62.67 meters at the Widener Invitational last weekend. The freshman has participated in four meets with two victories and two second-place finishes.
