Emily Higbee (Absecon/Holy Spirit) won three events and placed second in another at the NJAC Outdoor Championships last weekend. Higbee won the shot put (13.00m), discus (38.64m) and hammer throw (43.52m) while also finishing second in the javelin (38.00m). She won the NJAC outdoor title in the hammer throw for the third straight year and shot put for the second season in a row. Higbee was named NJAC Field Athlete of the Week for the first time this season.
