Regina Duncan (Frelinghuysen Twp./North Warren) posted her best finish ever at the NJAC Championships, placing fifth at 23:47.25 for 6K to lead the Ospreys to third place. The senior was 13th at the conference meet last season, sixth two years ago and 21st as a freshman.
