Charlotte Leon (Northport, NY/Northport) tossed a personal-best throw of 13.92 meters in the weight throw at the McElligott Invitational last weekend. Leon’s throw was more than three feet farther than her previous best. The sophomore finished second out of 15 entrants in the event.
