Kyle Navalance ((Toms River/TR North) won the 3000m steeplechase at the NJAC Championships and broke the 23-year-old school record in the event by six seconds (9:25.32). The previous record was held by Bryan Poerner (1998) with a time of 9:31.0. Navalance won an NJAC individual title for the first time in his career.
