Dasey DiElmo (Little Egg Harbor/Pinelands) was selected to the
All-ECAC Second Team, adding to a list of 2018 postseason honors that also includes NJAC First Team and All-South Atlantic Region First Team by the United Soccer Coaches.
An outside back, DiElmo led the Ospreys to a 13-4-4 record and third place in the NJAC with a 6-2-1 conference record this fall. She started all 19 games in which she appeared in 2018 and sparked the Ospreys to 10 shutouts and a 0.91 goals against average with her defensive play.
DiElmo also contributed offensively, dishing four assists to tie for second on the team. One of her helpers came on the game-winning goal in overtime for a 2-1 victory over Rutgers-Camden in the regular season finale. She fired 18 shots during the season, including 12 on goal.
DiElmo has started all 41 games in which she has played during her first two years at Stockton. In those 41 matches, she has two goals and five assists for nine points while also contributing defensively in 18 shutouts.
