Stockton Caps Regular Season with 31-3 Rout

Hackettstown, NJ – Stockton University (15-2, 6-0 CSAC) set a school record for goals in a game and dominated Centenary (2-9, 1-5) 31-3 in the regular season finale. With the rout, the Ospreys finished 6-0 in conference play and moved within one victory of the school record of 16 wins.
 
Seventeen different Stockton players scored goals in the game, led by Luc Swedlund (Randolph/Randolph) with six markers to bring his school-record total to 77 on the season. Erik Anderson (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp.) netted four goals and dished three assists for a game-high seven points.
 
Myles Ackerson (Hopewell Valley/Hopewell Valley) tossed in three counters while Dante Poli (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks South) and Chase Mendyk (Cape May/Lower Cape May) each contributed two goals and an assist.
 
Peter Burke (Shamong/Seneca) and Sean Haddock (Hightstown/Hightstown) tallied two goals apiece. Maximillian Matthies (Jackson/Jackson Liberty) finished with a goal and two assists for a three-point outing, followed by Rory Alpaugh (Clinton/North Hunterdon) with a goal and an assist.
 
Sophomore Alex Leming (Jefferson/Jefferson Twp.) and freshman Colin Wood (Medford/Shawnee) each potted their first career goal while Ryan Bradley (Philadelphia, PA/Archbishop Ryan) notched his first of the season.
 
Joey Tiernan (Voorhees/Eastern), Stanley Kolimago (Lansdale, PA/Methacton), Max Pukenas (Medford/Shawnee), Hogan Laskey (Clinton/North Hunterdon) and Kyle Belanger (Kinnelon/Kinnelon) also found the net once.
 
Swedlund scored five goals and Anderson added three as the Ospreys raced out to a 13-0 lead in the first quarter and cruised from there. They led 20-2 at the half and 26-3 after three periods on their way to completing an undefeated conference slate 31-3.
 
No. 1 seed Stockton will host No. 4 seed Bryn Athyn in a CSAC Tournament semifinal matchup on Saturday at 7 pm.
