Newark, N.J. – Stockton University (8-1-1, 1-0-1 NJAC) turned its six-game winning streak into a seven-game unbeaten streak (6-0-1) with a 0-0 tie in an NJAC game at Rutgers-Newark (6-4-1, 0-1-1). Each team registered seven shots on goal and four corner kicks in the match.

Jennifer Devault (Mullica Hill/Kingsway) earned her second shutout of the season with seven saves. Devault kept the game scoreless with a key save in the final minute of the second overtime by punching a 25-yard free kick by Dierdre Mackin up off the crossbar.
Salena LeDonne (Parsippany/Parsippany) topped the Ospreys with five shots while
Madison Dorney (Washington Twp./Washington Twp.) registered a team-high three shots on goal.
Stockton outshot Rutgers-Newark 14-9 in regulation and the Scarlet Raiders doubled the Ospreys 4-2 in shots during the two overtimes. Devault made four saves in the extra periods to keep the match scoreless. She has not allowed a goal in 404 minutes played this season.
Rutgers-Newark goalie Heidi Paulson matched Devault with seven saves for a shutout on her side as well.
Stockton returns home to host Rowan University on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
