Ospreys of the Week
MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY:
Sam Tenenbaum (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp.) shaved a little over a minute off his personal best with a time of 26:14.34, leading Stockton to a third-place finish at the NJIT Highlander Challenge. He placed 14th out of 237 runners to lead the Ospreys.
WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY:
Jessie Klenk (Somerdale/Sterling) placed ninth out of 235 runners at the NJIT Highlander Challenge, knocking nearly a minute off her career-best with a time of 18:46.73 in the 5K race. Klenk helped the Ospreys to second place out of 28 teams and was selected NJAC Runner of the Week for her efforts.
FIELD HOCKEY:
Autumn Hunter (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton Area) scored her first career goal against Ramapo last Saturday. At the time, Hunter's tally gave Stockton a 2-0 advantage in the game.
WOMEN'S ROWING:
Michaela Pope (Collingswood/Collingswood),
Izabelle DelRoss (Egg Harbor City/Cedar Creek),
Carrie Alpin (North Hanover/Northern Burlington) and
Emily Culmone (Absecon/Ocean City) with coxswain
Lorelei Hendricks (Burlington/Doane Academy) finished second out of seven boats in the varsity four against Lehigh on Sunday with a time of 19:01.
MEN'S SOCCER:
Dino Gromitsaris (Bordentown/Bordentown) posted two more shutouts as Stockton won both of its matches last week. The senior has had four consecutive whitewashes in net and currently has a scoreless streak of 470 minutes.
WOMEN'S SOCCER:
Sydney Williams (Millville/Millville) scored four goals and dished one assist for nine points as Stockton extended their unbeaten streak to 11 straight matches. For her play, Williams was named NJAC Offensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career.
WOMEN'S TENNIS:
Audrey van Schalkwyk (Haddon Hts./Paul VI) won 6-2, 6-4 at No. 5 singles against Stevens and teamed with
Elena Nunez (Madrid, Spain/Rye, NY) to capture an 8-2 win in doubles.
VOLLEYBALL:
Aubrey Rentzel (York, Pa./Central York) dished 81 assists (11.57 aps) in Stockton's two matches last week. The sophomore also scooped 15 digs, tying for second on the team.

Women's Soccer (9-1-2, 3-0-1 NJAC)
- Results: Stockton 4, Albright 0; Stockton 3, Rutgers-Camden 1; Stockton 3, Kean 2 (OT).
- Sydney Williams (Millville/Millville) exploded for four goals and an assist in the three wins last week. Williams, who leads the conference in assists (4), was selected NJAC Offensive Player pf the Week for the first time in her career.
- Allie Magas (Lambertville/South Hunterdon) scored the first two goals of her career, including the game-winner in overtime against Kean.
- Freshman Erica Dietz (Allentown, Pa./Central Catholic) also scored twice as Stockton saw nine different players score points last week.
- With the win against Kean, head coach Nick Juengert earned his 250th career victory, all at Stockton.
- Kylee Sullivan (Jackson/Jackson Memorial) made five saves for the week, posted a shutout, and had an outstanding 0.97 goals against average for the trio of matches.

Men's Soccer (7-4-1, 3-0-0 NJAC)
- Results: Stockton 2, Rutgers-Camden 0; Stockton 2, Kean 0.
- Ervin Gjeli (Hasbrouck Heights/Hasbrouck Heights), Brendan Deal (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp.), Ian Byrne (Lanoka Harbor/Lacey Twp.) and Sean O'Leary (Bordentown/Bordentown) each scored one goal last week.
- Michael Echeverria (Linden/St. Joseph) dished an assist on O'Leary's goal in the 87th minute against Kean.
- Dino Gromitsaris (Bordentown/Bordentown) continued his amazing streak, posting another pair of shutouts, giving him five on the year, and extending his scoreless streak to 470 minutes. Gromitsaris now has 15 career shutouts at Stockton.

Volleyball (7-11, 3-1 NJAC)
- Results: Stockton 3, Kean 1; Stockton 3, Hunter 0.
- Charlotte Leon (Northport, N.Y./Northport) lead the team with 31 kills (4.43 kps) and added a pair of blocks.
- Emma Capriglione (Tuckerton/Pinelands) spiked 28 kills, led the team with a .365 hitting percentage and scooped six digs.
- Caity Ullmer (Midland Park/Midland Park) totaled 20 kills and eight digs in the two matches.
- Teleyah Witherspoon (Hackensack/Hackensack) led the squad with five blocks and spiked six kills.
- Aubrey Rentzel (York, Pa./Central York) led the team with 81 assists (11.57 aps) and scooped 15 digs.
- Sophia Marziello (Haddonfield/Paul VI) led the team with 27 digs.

Women's Tennis (2-0)
- Results: Stockton 6, Stevens 3.
- Elena Nunez (Madrid, Spain/Rye (N.Y.)) and Audrey van Schalkwyk (Haddon Hts./Paul VI) led the Ospreys with wins in singles and doubles.
- Nunez and van Schalkwyk earned the lone doubles point for Stockton with an 8-2 win. Nunez then rallied for a 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 triumph at No. 3 singles while van Schalkwyk won 6-2, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.
- Sarb Devi (Galloway/Absegami) came from behind, overtaking her opponent 2-6, 6-3, 6-3 at No. 2 singles.Â
- Freshman Sophia Pasquale (Galloway/Holy Spirit) posted a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles.
- Fellow frosh Kierstyn Fenimore (Tabernacle/Seneca) made her singles debut a successful one as she topped her foe 6-2, 6-3 for her first career singles victory.

Field Hockey (6-3, 0-1 NJAC)
- Results: Ramapo 3, Stockton 2.
- Gianna Morganti (Berlin/St. Joseph) potted her 11th goal of the season with 1:28 left in the first quarter to give Stockton a 1-0 edge. Freshman Jamilyn Hawkins (Little Egg Harbor/Pinelands) assisted on the tally.
- In the third quarter, rookie Autumn Hunter (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton Area) scored her first career goal to double the Stockton lead to 2-0.
- Starting goaltender Kylie Mitchell (Shamong/Seneca) made three saves in 42:59 and Alley Harris (Mullica Hill/Delsea) followed with two stops in the last 17:01 for the Ospreys.

Women's Rowing
- Results: No Team Scoring at AC Stakes Race
- In the varsity four, Stockton A finished second out of seven with a time of 19:01 for 4,000 meters that trailed only Lehigh A with a time of 17:53. The Osprey lineup consisted of Michaela Pope (Collingswood/Collingswood), Izabelle DelRoss (Egg Harbor City/Cedar Creek), Carrie Alpin (North Hanover/Northern Burlington) and Emily Culmone (Absecon/Ocean City) with coxswain Lorelei Hendricks (Burlington/Doane Academy).
- In the varsity eight, Stockton A placed third out of five with a time of 18:14 that trailed Lehigh A (16:36) and Lehigh B (17:08). In her Stockton debut, freshman Lydia Pool (Grand Rapids, MI/Grand Rapids) was the coxswain for the Stockton A varsity eight.
- Pope, DelRoss, Alpin and Culmone were joined by Emily Latshaw (Toms River/Toms River South), Madelynn Schina (Somerdale/Highland), Nicole Iatarola (Sewell/Washington Twp.) and Anna Bailey (Barrington/Haddon Heights) to comprise the Stockton A lineup in the varsity eight.

Women's Cross Country
- Latest Results: Second place at NJIT Highlander Challenge
- Jessie Klenk (Somerdale/Sterling) knocked nearly a minute off her 5K personal best by running 18:46.73 to finish ninth out of 235 runners. She earned her first NJAC Runner of the Week nod for this season and second in her career.
- Kierstin Clem (Voorhees/Eastern) also notched a personal best with a time of 19:07.20 for 13th place while teammate Jamie Wun (Moorestown/Moorestown) followed in 14th place with a personal-best 19:15.67.
- Olivia Harris (Sammamish, Wash./Eastlake) added to the personal bests with 19:30.03 for 19th place.
- Freshman Marlee Tharp (Tuckerton/Pinelands) established a personal best of 19:34.54 in her second career 5K race for 22nd place. The freshman was selected NJAC Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.

- Latest Results: Third Place at NJIT Highlander Challenge
- Sam Tenenbaum (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp.) shaved 61 seconds off his personal best with a time of 26:14.34 to lead the Ospreys in 14th place out of 237 runners.
- Another personal best came from Stephen Conte (Washington Twp./Paul VI) with 26:26.46 for 16th place.
- Brandon Shymanski (Brick/Brick Memorial) finished 22nd with a time of 26:46.88 followed by freshman Erik Ackerman (Long Valley/West Morris Central) in 23rd place at the 26:50.91 mark.
- Clayton Engle (Jackson/Jackson Memorial) completed Stockton's top five in 31st place at 27:03.83.
- Upcoming Meets: October 16 at Connecticut College Invitational (11 am).
