Galloway, N.J. - A total of 122 Stockton University student-athletes earned spots on the
2020-21 New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Academic Team for their work in the classroom. Track & field competitors

Darren Wan (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) collected NJAC All-Academic First Team recognition.

Kiersten Reszkowski (Freehold/Freehold Twp.) and track & field/cross country runner
Kyle Navalance (Toms River/TR North) were NJAC All-Academic Second Team selections for Stockton. In addition to Foley, Wan, Reszkowski and Navalance, 118 Ospreys snagged NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention spots.

To be eligible, student-athletes must be sophomores, juniors or seniors from the 10 NJAC institutions and its affiliate members who compete in a conference-sponsored sport and have a minimum 3.20 grade point average. Stockton is an NJAC member in 16 of its 19 sports, all except men's lacrosse, women's golf and women's rowing. The entire NJAC All-Academic Team can be viewed at www.njacsports.com.

Foley earned NJAC First Team accolades in the high jump and heptathlon plus USTFCCCA All-Region status in the high jump this spring. Wan finished 10th in the hammer throw at the NCAA Championships after winning the event at the Atlantic Region Championships. He set a new school record in the hammer throw and also snagged NJAC Second Team and USTFCCCA All-Region kudos this season.

Reszkowski was chosen NJAC First Team for the second straight time and voted to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America. The all-conference nod was the third of her career. Navalance broke the school record in the 3000m steeplechase and collected NJAC First Team and USTFCCCA All-Region nods in the event.
