Ospreys of the Week
FIELD HOCKEY:
Kirsten Bailey (Burlington/Burlington Twp.) scored the only goal of the week against Rowan to break the shutout attempt. For the season, the rookie has started all 11 games and has three goals to her credit.
MEN'S SOCCER:
Joseph Carbone (Pequannock/Pequannock) was chosen NJAC Offensive Player of the Week after scoring two goals and dishing one assist for five points in Stockton's 5-1 win over William Paterson. For the season, Carbone has three goals and two assists for eight points in 14 games.
WOMEN'S SOCCER:
Riley Finnegan (Pennington/Hopewell Valley) scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 defeat of William Paterson. The tally was Finnegan's second of the year and helped Stockton capture their first NJAC win of the season. Â
WOMEN'S TENNIS:
Audrey van Schalkwyk (Haddon Hts./Paul VI) finished as the runner-up in Singles flight D at the Goucher Invitational. van Schalkwyk won with a 4-0, 4-0 shutout in the first round and followed with a 7-5, 6-0 triumph in the semifinals before falling 6-4, 6-3 in the final.
VOLLEYBALL:
Haley Green (Springville, UT/Maple Mountain) led the Ospreys with 31 kills and a .439 hitting percentage while playing in two of Stockton's three matches last week. The senior also tied for second on the team with seven aces and added 11 digs.

Volleyball (11-6, 3-1 NJAC)
- Latest Results: Stockton 3, Ramapo 0; Stockton 3, Widener 0; Stockton 3, Merchant Marine 1.
- Haley Green (Springville, Utah/Maple Mountain) topped all players with 31 kills, playing in two of the three matches. Green had an outstanding .439 hitting percentage and seven aces.
- Freshman Kate Louer (Clifton/Clifton) filled the stat sheet with 30 kills, seven aces and 20 digs. The freshman posted her sixth double-double of the season with 12 kills and 10 digs against Widener. Louer was selected NJAC Rookie of the Week for the second straight week and third time this year.
- Aubrey Rentzel (York, PA/Central York) dished 53 assists, 16 digs and served seven aces while freshman Regan Mendick (Newark, Del./Red Lion Christian) dealt 45 assists.
- Molly Eng (New Providence/New Providence) recorded team highs of 36 digs and 10 aces.
- Teleyah Witherspoon (Hackensack/Hackensack), tallied seven blocsk and added nine kills, with Jaylah Rolle (Williamstown/Williamstown) blocking six attacks and smacking 11 kills.

Men's Soccer (9-3-2, 1-2-1 NJAC)
- Latest Results: Stockton 1, Salisbury 0; Stockton 5, William Paterson 1.
- Freshman Aiden Hoenisch (Bordentown/Notre Dame) scored two goals with one assist for the week to lead Stockton to a pair of wins. The rookie had the game-winner against Salisbury and leads the team with five goals and 12 points. Hoenisch was chosen NJAC Rookie of the Week.
- Joseph Carbone (Pequannock/Pequannock) was named NJAC Offensive Player of the Week after tallying two goals and an assist for five points versus William Paterson. The sophomore was credited with the game-winning tally against the Pioneers.
- Brendan Deal (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp,) had a goal and team-leading two assists for week.
- Liam Brett (Palmyra/Palmyra) played both games, made five saves in net for the week, and posted his league-leading fifth shutout of the year against Salisbury.

- Morgan Keil (Upper Twp./Holy Spirit) made nine saves in the two matches and posted her second shutout against William Paterson.
- Heather Bertollo (Hawthorne/Hawthorne) scored her team-leading fourth goal of the year against NYU.
- Erica Dietz (Allentown, PA/Central Catholic) and Sophia Drea (Medford/Shawnee) dished assists on the two goals last week.

- In Singles Flight B, Sarb Devi (Galloway/Absegami) started with a 4-1, 4-2 win in the first round but suffered a 7-6, 6-1 setback in the semifinals.
- Brynn Bowman (Ocean City/Ocean City) and freshman Carlee Cristella (Mantua/Clearview) opened play in the Doubles A flight with a 4-0, 4-0 shutout in the first round. The duo was eliminated 6-0, 6-1 in the semifinals.
- Jenna Bryszewski (Westville/Gateway) won a consolation match in Singles flight D in a super-tiebreaker 6-3, 2-6, 10-7.
- Upcoming Match: October 23 vs. Baruch College at National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y. (11:30 am).
