Overview
Stockton Women's Track & Field competed in 12 meets during the 2023 outdoor season, including two home meets at G. Larry James Stadium. The Ospreys competed in three events at the famous Penn Relays and two competitors,
Shahyan Abraham and
Kayla Kass, qualified for the NCAA Championships in the shot put and 800m respectively.

Under the direction of first-year head coach
Claire Incantalupo, who arrived in January, Stockton finished third at the NJAC Championships and 13th at the Atlantic Region Championships, up two spots from the previous year. The roster was bolstered by several key additions, highlighted by seven newcomers who earned all-conference honors.

Highlights
- Shahyan Abraham finished 13th in the shot put at the NCAA Championships by breaking her own school record on the last throw of her career. Abraham entered the NCAA meet with a national ranking of 20th during the regular season.
- Abraham topped the Ospreys with six events wins. She won five times in the shot put, including at the NJAC Championships, and once in the discus. Abraham ranked second in the Metro Region in the shot put and fourth in the discus.
- Freshman Kayla Kass finished 19th in the 800m at the NCAA Championships and collected her second NJAC Rookie of the Year award (cross country, outdoor track & field). Kass won twice in the 800m, including at the NJAC Championships, and ran legs for two winning relays, with one coming at the AARTFC Championships.
- Kass set the 800m school record and also ran a leg for the school record 4x800 relay. She was ranked second in the Metro Region in the 800m.
- Michaela Pomatto won four times in the discus, including at the NJAC Championships. Pomatto finished the season ranked third in the Metro Region and 42nd in the nation in the discus.
- Freshman Megan Campanile posted three wins in the javelin, with one coming at the NJAC Championships. Campanile was ranked second in the Metro Region and 40th in the nation in the javelin.
- Freshman Emma Petrolia recorded four individual event wins, three in the 400m hurdles and one in the long jump. Petrolia also ran a leg for one victorious 4x400 relay team.
- Khristina Washington was ranked third in the Metro Region in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump to join Abraham as the two Ospreys with two all-region honors apiece. Washington won the triple jump at the NJAC Championships and ran a leg for the 4x100 relay that won once and set the school record.
- Kierstin Clem won the 10,000m at the NJAC Championships and stood fifth in the Metro Region in that event. Clem also posted Stockton's fastest time in the 3000m.
- Ashanae Morrison notched one win in the 100m and ran a leg for one victorious 4x100 relay. Morrison set the school record in the 100m and ran a leg on the 4x100 relay unit that set the school mark. She narrowly missed the school mark in the 200m by .28 seconds as well.
- Susann Foley won once and tied for first once in the high jump. Olivia Harris (steeplechase), Madison Fey (pole vault), Quamora Proctor (hammer throw) and Morgan Farrell (javelin) each won once.
- Lauren Maldonado and freshman Emma Conroy ran legs for two winning relays apiece. Maldonado was on the 4x800 that set a school record and won at the AARTFC Championships while Conroy was on the 4x100 squad that set the school mark.
- Freshmen Gabriella Collins and Rachel Hayes joined Maldonado and Kass for the school record and AARTFC Championships win in the 4x800 relay. Kaylee Apple was on the 4x100 relay that produced one win and a school record.
