Boyds, Md. – Stockton University (1-0-1) played a 0-0 tie in a neutral site game against Washington & Lee (Va.) (0-1-2), which is ranked 11th in the United Soccer Coaches Division III poll. The teams met halfway and played the game at the Maryland SoccerPlex.

Brady Bartletta (Hainesport/Rancocas Valley), a freshman, made six saves to record his first career shutout. Bartletta registered three stops in each half.
Joseph Carbone (Pequannock/Pequannock) tallied a team-high three shots, including two on goal. Carbone nearly gave Stockton an early lead with a shot seven minutes into the game that was turned aside on a diving save by W&L goalie Will Joseph.
Overall, the Generals held a slim 14-11 margin in shots. Joseph made three saves to match Bartletta with a shutout of his own in the 0-0 draw.
