Saratoga Springs, N.Y. – Stockton University rowed in three races at the Skidmore Sprints, which were held at Fish Creek in upstate New York. Three of the five teams against whom the Ospreys rowed are ranked in the top 14 of the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association poll while Stockton is third in the Others Receiving Votes section.
 
In the varsity eight race, Stockton finished sixth with a time of 7:26.4. Eighth-ranked Williams College won the race in 6:50.1, less than a second ahead of third-ranked Wellesley College (6:50.8).
 
The Osprey second varsity eight placed fourth out of six with a time of 7:49.2 that was 16 seconds ahead of fifth-place Vassar College (8:05.8) and 31 seconds in front of Catholic University (8:20.5).
 
Four teams rowed in the third varsity eight heat, with Stockton finishing third at 7:49.6 that trailed Williams (7:26.5) and Wellesley A (7:45.5) but topped Wellesley B (8:01.5) by 12 seconds.
 
Stockton will compete in the Knecht Cup on the Cooper River in Cherry Hill on April 13-14.
