Ewing, NJ – Stockton University (7-6-7) saw their 2025 season come to a close with a 3-0 loss to The College of New Jersey (10-4-5) on Saturday afternoon, in the quarterfinals of the NJAC Tournament.
The Lions scored twice in the first half, then put the match away with an insurance goal in the 75th minute. Stockton could not muster much offense in the game, squeezing off just three shots, two by
Madison Bjorndahl (Point Pleasant/Point Pleasant Boro), with one on net.
In her final game in net at Stockton,
Morgan Keil (Upper Twp./Holy Spirit) made four saves. She ends her fine career with 20 shutouts and 262 saves, both ranking sixth in a career at Stockton.
Stockton posted seven ties this season, tying for most in a single season (2015, 2023), to go with seven wins.
