Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University (3-1) delivered an excellent offensive display in a 20-10 victory over Marywood University (1-4) on Saturday afternoon.
Madison MacGillivray (Forked River/Lacey Twp.) tied the school record with 10 points in the victory.
An explosive offensive back and forth first quarter led the Ospreys 6-4 into the second period. There were three lead changes, with almost every goal being answered back in an opening quarter that had 10 total goals.
MacGillivray and
Isabella Marinello (West Caldwell/Caldwell) led the Ospreys with two goals each.
The Ospreys kept the pressure on by scoring five unanswered goals in the second quarter. MacGillivray and
Brielle Soltys (Absecon/Holy Spirit) both completed hat tricks in the period.

Jordan Czaczkowski (Jackson/Jackson Memorial) led Stockton into halftime with an 11-4 lead off of an impressive performance with five saves.
After seven unanswered goals, Marywood responded in the third period as Avery Meighan scored a hat trick in the third quarter alone. Despite that impressive performance, the Ospreys maintained their control.
Four goals from the Ospreys in the third quarter, with Soltys and
Julia Gibson (Cape May Point/Lower Cape May) scoring two and MacGillivray getting one, sent Stockton into the fourth quarter with a 16-7 lead.
Stockton was able to finish the game in the fourth quarter with a 20-10 victory. Stockton's impressive offensive performance was led by MacGillivray who topped Stockton with six goals, tying her career high, and four assists.
Soltys picked up five goals while Gibson added two goals and four assists, and
Maisy Mosier (Berlin/Eastern Regional) contributed three goals and one assist.
The Ospreys also maintained control on the defensive end.
Gina Marotta (Montville/Montville) led with nine ground balls, the second highest total in program history. Czaczkowski earned the win with 11 total saves to tie her career high. The Pacers were led by Meighan and Alli Duncan with four goals each.
Stockton will play next on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. at Muhlenberg College.
