Men's Lacrosse
Cole Blum (Mt. Laurel/Lenape) was impressive in the face-off circle winning 31 out of 55 (57%). Blum led the team versus Elizabethtown with 14 ground balls and totaled 18 for the week.
Jack Vandegrift (Jenkintown, PA/LaSalle College Prep) had a team high of nine points last week. Vandegrift picked up a hat trick in both games last week. Vandegrift also contributed three assists, and four ground balls to his total for the week.
Women's Lacrosse
Gina Marotta (Montville/Montville) was named NJAC Defensive Player of the Week. Marotta totaled eight draw controls, six ground balls and four caused turnovers. Marotta grabbed six draw controls against St. Joseph's Long Island and five ground ball versus Farmingdale State.
Brielle Soltys (Absecon/Holy Spirit) was selected NJAC Rookie of the Week. Soltys continued her dominant stretch last week with 24 draw controls, six goals, and five assists for 11 points. Soltys broke a school record with 14 draw controls in a game, which is also the most by an NJAC player in a game this year.
Baseball
Yenuelle Rodriguez (Vineland/Vineland) tied for the team high in hits with eight for the week. Rodriguez batted .364 and collected six runs. Rodriguez hit his first home run as a member of the Stockton team during the game against Roger Williams.
Jimmy Casey (Newtown,PA/Archbishop Wood) slugged his first career homerun versus University of Pittsburg-Greensburg. Casey batted .348, with eight hits, and six runs for the week. Casey also had seven RBI, the second most on the team.
Softball
Aubrey Jeffers (Lumberton/Rancocas Valley) batted .524 last week leading the team. Jeffers had at least one hit in six out of eight games, including two games with three hits. Jeffers totaled 11 hits, four runs, and four RBI.
Casey Sokol (Lansdale/North Penn) went 3-0 with a ERA of 1.46 and 20 strikeouts in 24 innings pitched. Sokol pitched a shutout and tied her career high with seven strikeouts versus Manhattanville.
Women's Track and Field
Elaina Styer (Estell Manor/Ocean City) became an All American for the first time in her career. Styer earned a First Team All-America honor by finishing second out of 20 competitors in the pentathlon at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday. Styer broke two of her own school records. She compiled a total of 3,765 points to top her mark of 3,747 that was the best in the nation during the regular season.
Men's Track and Field
Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) earned two All-America honors last weekend, becoming the third athlete in Stockton's men indoor track and field history to collect two All-America laurels in the same year. Fogg placed second in the long jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships Friday afternoon. Fogg produced the second best jump of his career with a distance of 7.46 meters placing second out of 17 competitors. Fogg received his second All-America honor by placing 10th in the triple jump with a distance of 14.27 meters.
