Overview
Stockton Women's Indoor Track & Field competed at 12 meets during the 2025-26 season, traveling as far as Boston and Virginia in addition to multiple trips to Ocean Breeze and the University of Pennsylvania.
 
Head coach Claire Incantalupo had a large and experienced senior class, but half of the roster consisted of freshmen and sophomores as well. The Ospreys placed third in the NJAC Championships for the program's 12th consecutive top-three finish.
 
Stockton team members set three school records and earned 20 all-region honors (top eight in an event) plus 17 all-conference nods (top three in an event at the NJAC Championships). The season was punctuated with one All-America award at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama.

Highlights

• Elaina Styer became the sixth indoor All-American in Stockton Women's Track & Field history with a runner-up finish in the pentathlon at the NCAA Championships. Styer's finish was the highest by a Stockton woman in an event at an NCAA meet since 2008. She produced three of Stockton's four event wins during the season.
• Styer received major awards from both the NJAC and the USTFCCCA Metro Region and amassed all-region accolades in five events, one of just five competitors in NCAA Division III with that many. The junior set two school records and won the pentathlon at the NJAC Championships.
• Eva Morrison won the pole vault at the NJAC Championships for the second straight year and repeated as NJAC First Team and all-region in the event. In addition to the win, the senior placed second and third twice each in eight meets.
• Freshman Megan Morris and sophomore Sydney Rick joined Morrison as all-conference and all-region in the pole vault, continuing Stockton's long-time tradition of success in that event.
• Seniors Emma Petrolia, Emma Conroy and Maddy Valasek collected two all-region and two all-conference honors apiece. Valasek was the team's top runner in the distance events while Petrolia led the way in the 400m and triple jump. Conroy was a key cog for two Stockton relay teams.
• Kayla Kass was another key member of the Stockton senior class, earning a pair of NJAC Honorable Mention nods and one all-region spot while competing at seven meets.
• Marlie DiPalma put her versatility on display by competing in the pentathlon for the first time, finishing third twice and qualifying for all-conference and all-region honors in that event as well as the 4x400 relay.
• Freshmen Jessica Bruther, Sophia Cornell and Madison Pratt comprised three-fourths of the distance medley relay that earned all-conference and all-region laurels.
• Junior Cameron Radcliffe and sophomore Adrienne Austin were the top sprinters for the Ospreys, highlighted by Radcliffe setting a school record in the 200m.
• Junior Jessica Bentley and freshman Marie Torode led the way in the throws as they notched the team's top distances in the shot put and weight throw respectively.
