Virginia Beach, Va. – Stockton University (1-0-3) played their third consecutive tie as the Ospreys dueled Batten University (3-0-1) to a scoreless draw in the first of two games in Virginia this weekend.
Stockton goalkeeper
Tori Vliet (Marmora/Ocean City) made a career-high seven saves for her second shutout of the season.
Batten goalie Allie Greco stopped
Megan Morris (Sicklerville/Bishop Eustace) in the second half on Stockton's only shot on goal of the game. Shot attempts were 16-7 in favor of Batten.
Stockton will remain in Virginia and play at #25 Christopher Newport tomorrow at noon.
