2016 Outdoor: NJAC First Team in 1500m… NJAC champion in 1500m… Set a personal best of 4:39.33 in the 1500m at the ECAC Championships… Also ran in the 400m, 800m, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Won the 1500m at the Oscar Moore Open and the 800m at the Stockton Invitational… Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 Team.
 
2016 Indoor: NJAC Honorable Mention 800m and mile… Set school records in the 800m (2:18.37, Frank Colden Invitational) and mile (5:00.54, Fastrack Last Chance Meet)… Won four times including the mile at the ECAC Championship… Won the 800m and helped Stockton to a victory in the 4x800 relay at the Frank Colden Invitational… Ran a leg on the winning distance medley relay team at the Monmouth Winter Open.
 
2015 Outdoor: NJAC Second Team in 1500m… Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 Team… Competed in the 800m, 1500m 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:15.51 at the TCNJ Lions Invitational… Ran 4:39.69 in the 1500m at the ECAC Championships for a season best… Won the 800m and 1500m twice each… Ran a leg of the 4x800 relay at the Osprey Open to help Stockton to a victory.
 
2015 Indoor: NJAC First Team in 4x800m relay… NJAC Honorable Mention in mile… Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Ran a personal best of 5:03.79 in the mile at the ECAC Championships… Ran 10:46.63 in the 3000m for a personal best time at the Kutztown 6-Team Qualifier… Won twice in the 800m and ran a leg in the 4x800 relay that won twice.
 
2014 Outdoor: NJAC Second Team in 1500m… NJAC Rookie of the Week once… Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 19:05.99 at the Stockton Invitational… Won the 800m at Ramapo Northeast Challenge and 1500m at the CTC Championships… Ran a leg of the 4x800m relay to help Stockton win at the TCNJ Invitational.
 
2014 Indoor: NJAC Second Team in 4x800 relay… NJAC Rookie of the Week once… Competed in the 500m, 800m, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay and distance medley relay… Set a personal best in the 500m with a time of 1:21.57 at the ECAC Championships… Won the 800m twice… Ran a leg on two winning distance medley teams.
