2017: Ran in six meets in his first year at Stockton… Finished in the top 20 three times and was Stockton’s top finisher at the Osprey Open… Ran a personal-best time of 26:25.6 at the Paul Short Invitational… Joined the team as a transfer from Alvernia.
2016: Appeared in eight meets for Alvernia, posting a season best 8K time of 26:47.0 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regionals… Placed 36th in the 2016 MAC Cross Country Championships with an 8K mark of 28:17.8… Won the Delaware Valley Invitational with a time of 30:12.61… Named Alvernia University Athlete of the Week once during the season.

Ran a leg on the school-record setting 4x800 relay team with a time of 7:53.85 at the Atlantic Region Championships… Set a personal best of 4:03.28 in the 1500m at the NJAC Championships.
2018 Indoor: NJAC Honorable Mention in 4x800 relay…Ran in seven meets… Ran in the 800m, 1000m, distance medley relay, mile, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Picked up one win apiece in the mile and distance medley relay… Set a school record in the 1000m with a time of 2:35.32 at the DeSchriver Invitational… Ran a leg on the record-setting DMR team with a time of 10:21.84 at the Atlantic Region Championships.
2017 Outdoor: Competed for Alvernia in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Ran a personal best 4:09.57 in the 1500m at the Messiah Invitational… Won the 5000m at the Alvernia Crusader Invitational in 16:14.50.
2017 Indoor: Competed for Alvernia in the 800m, 1000m, mile, 4x200 relay, 4x800 relay and distance medley relay… Established a personal best of 4:24.20 in the mile at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships… Won the 800m at the Susquehanna Challenge in 1:58.49 and the 1000m at the Dickinson DuCharme Invitational in 2:34.36, notching personal bests both times.
2016 Outdoor: Competed for Alvernia in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m and 10,000m… Won the 1500m at the Alvernia Crusader Invitational with a time of 4:18.09.
2016 Indoor: Competed in the 800m, 1000m, 3000m, 5000, mile, 4x400 relay and distance medley as a freshman at Alvernia… Won the 1000m in 2:37.11 at the Becknell Bison Open for his first career victory.
