2019 Outdoor: Set a school record in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:02.71 at the Widener Invitational… Won his first career race in the 3000 meters at the Stockton Invite… Also ran in the 1500 meters and 4x800 meter relay… Placed in the top seven in four individual events.
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in the 3000 meters and 5000 meters in four meets … Placed in the top eight in four of the five races that he ran.
 
2018 Outdoor: Ran in five meets in his first outdoor season… Competed in the 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m… Established a personal-best of 15:32.42 in the 5000m at the Widener Invitational… Finished second out of 15 in the 10,000m at the Osprey Open… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2018 Indoor:  Ran in five meets in his rookie season… Competed in the 3000m, 5000m, mile and 4x800 relay… Ran a season best time of 8:49.27 in the 3000m at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Finished fourth out of 27 in the 3000m at the East Stroudsburg DeSchriver Invitational.
