2025 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 1500m… NJAC Second Team in 5000m… NJAC Second Team in 10,000m… Named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week on 4/14/25… Competed in eight meets… Ran in the 1500m, 3000m, 50000m , 10,000m, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay… Was on two winning relay teams and earned her first two career individual victories in the 3000m at the Oscar Moore Open and 5000m at the Ursinus Festival… Posted personal best times in the 1500m (4:33.49) at the Widener Final Qualifier, 5000m (17:50.62) at the Widener Paul Donahue Invitational and 10,000m (39:30.67) at the NJAC Championships for second place in her first-ever race at that distance… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
2025 Indoor: NJAC First Team in distance medley relay… NJAC Second Team in 3000m… USTFCCCA All-Region in distance medley relay… Competed in seven meets… Ran a leg on the record-setting distance medley relay (12:02.70) that also was ranked 20th in the nation… Helped the Ospreys to one win in the DMR and added a runner-up finish in the 3000m, both at the NJAC Championships…. Recorded personal best times in the mile (5:08.91) at the Fastrack Last Chance and 3000m (10:26.51) at the Widener Indoor Classic.

2024 Indoor: Competed in one meet… Ran the 3000m in 11:33.32 at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational.
2023 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets… Competed in the 1500m, 5000m and 4x800 relay… Placed third in the 5000m twice, including a season best time of 19:06.02 at the Ramapo Invitational… Set a season best time of 4:56.21 in the 1500m at the Widener Final Qualifier.
2023 Indoor: NJAC Second Team in 3000m… Ran in eight meets in her rookie season… Competed in the mile and 3000m… Ran a personal best 5:29.87 in the mile in the first career indoor race, finishing second out of 15 at the TCNJ Indoor Open… Ran 10:45.43 in the 3000m at the Big Apple Invitational for a season best… Finished second out of 12 in the 3000m at the NJAC Championships.
