Emily Sorochynskyj moves from the field to the sidelines in 2018, joining the coaching staff after playing goalkeeper for Stockton from 2015-17. Sorochynskyj missed her freshman year due to injury but then played in 49 career games, amassing 325 saves, nine shutouts and a .724 save percentage in 3,259 minutes.
Sorochynskyj ranks second in Stockton history in shutouts plus third in saves and goals against average (2.66). She set a school record with five shutouts in 2016 and posted the third-best goals against average in school history (1.88) last year.
