Linda Decker is in her third season as an assistant coach for Stockton. Prior to joining the Stockton staff, Decker amassed 27 years of head coaching experience at the high school level. She was the head coach at West Deptford High School from 1992-2018, winning 12 Colonial Conference titles. 

Decker guided West Deptford to the 1996 Group 2 state championship and Group 2 sectional title 10 times, including six straight from 2013-18. She accumulated over 400 wins and was inducted into the Gloucester County Sports Hall of Fame in 2017.
