Andy Allison is in his third year on the Stockton coaching staff. Allison spent eight years at the University of Massachusetts, the last three as an assistant coach after five on the operational and administrative side. During his tenure, the Minutemen reached the 20-win mark three times and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2014.

Prior to UMass, Allison spent time in a basketball operations role under John Calipari at the University of Memphis, returning to the program for which he served as a graduate assistant from 2001-03. The Tigers won 30 or more games three times and finished as the 2008 NCAA runner-up during Allison’s second stint at Memphis. 

Allison served one season as the director of basketball operations at Western Kentucky in 2003-04 and got his start in coaching as an assistant coach and junior varsity coach at Division III Mount Union. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State in 2000.
