2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Ran the 1500m, 5000m and 10,000m… Produced his best career finish of fourth place with a time of 34:24.71 in the 10,000m at the Osprey Open… Set a personal best time of 16:02.50 in the 5000m at the Widener Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2023 Indoor: Ran in four meets, competing twice each in the 3000m and 5000m twice each… Set a personal best time of 9:41.64 in the 3000m at the Frank Colden Invitational.
 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets, running the 1500m and 5000m… Posted a personal best time of 4:23.97 in the 1500m at the Widener Invitational…  Ran 16:41.72 in the 5000m at the TCNJ Lions Invitational for a season best… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2021 Indoor: Ran in two meets… Competed in the distance medley relay at the NYC Gotham Cup and the mile at the NJAC Championships.
 
2021 Outdoor: Ran in five meets in his freshman season… Competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m… Ran 17:29.28 in the 5000m at the NJAC Championships for a season best… Posted a season best of 4:57.50 in the 1500m at Stockton Invite #2.
