2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets, running the 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m… Won his first career race with a personal best time of 15:45.15 in the 5000m at the Osprey Open… Set personal best times of 9:08.36 in the 3000m at the Stockton Invitational and 33:30.59 in the 10,000m at the Ramapo Invitational, finishing second… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
2023 Indoor: Ran in seven meets… Competed in the 800m, mile, 3000m, 5000m and 4x400 relay… Finished 10th out of 23 runners in the 5000m at the Ramapo Opener.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Ran in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m… Had his best career finish of third place out of 18 runners in the 5000m at the TCNJ Invitational with a season best time of 15:58.60… Finished fourth out of 19 in the 5000m at the Bill Butler Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
