2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Competed in the 5000m and 3000m steeplechase… Ran a personal best time of 10:17.91 in the 3000m steeplechase at the NJAC Championships… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2023 Indoor: Ran in three meets… Ran in the 800m, mile and 4x400 relay… Finished 16th out of 34 in the mile at the Bow Tie Invitational.
 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets in the 1500m, 3000m and 3000m steeplechase… Ran a personal best time of 10:02.44 in the 3000m at the Stockton Invite… Posted a season best time of 10:36.96 in the steeplechase at the Widener Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2022 Indoor: Ran in two meets… Posted a time of 4:53.30 in his first career race in the mile (NYC Gotham Cup) … Ran the 5000m for the first time and posted a time of 16:42.21 at the NJAC Championships.
 
2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets in his rookie campaign… Ran in the 3000m steeplechase four times and 3000m once… Ran a season-best time of 11:08.02 at Stockton Invite #2 in his first career steeplechase race.
