Mike Kotleski is in his second season as an assistant coach for the track & field team in hurdles. Kotleski competed in track & field at Bridgewater State University (Mass.) from 2014-18. Kotleski was a part of the Bears' 4x400 relay squad that placed ninth at the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Championships and ranked 30th during the outdoor season.

In his four years for the Bears, Kotleski earned a total of 20 events wins in the 400m hurdles and 4x400 relay. Among his victories were a pair of wins in the 400m hurdles at the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Outdoor Championships in 2017 and 2018.

Kotleski was a member of relay teams that set Bridgewater State school records in the indoor 4x400, indoor distance medley relay and outdoor 4x400. He graduated from Bridgewater State in 2018 with a degree in criminal justice.
