2022 Outdoor: Ran in eight meets… Set a new school record in the 1500m with a time of 3:54.71 at the Larry Ellis Invitational… Ran a season best 1:56.80 in the 800m at the Osprey Open and 14:54.81 at the Widener Invitational in the 5000m for a personal best… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
2022 Indoor: NJAC First Team and NJAC champion in distance medley relay… Competed at four meets… Set a new school record in the 1000m with a time of 2:34.32 at the Fastrack Last Chance… Ran legs on the winning DMR at the NJAC Championships and winning 4x800 relay at the Fastrack Last Chance.
2021 Outdoor: Competed at three meets and ran the 800m, 1500m, 3000m and 4x400 relay… Ran a winning time of 8:42.93 in the 3000m at the Stockton Invite #1, breaking the school record… Posted a career best 3:58.63 in winning the 1500m at the Bill Butler Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.

2019 Outdoor: NJAC Second Team in the 10,000m… Ran in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m and 4x800 relay during the season… Earned his first career win, running a leg on the 4x800 relay at the Osprey Open… Set a personal best of 4:05.91 in the 1500m at the Bill Butler Invitational… Posted a new personal best of 15:16.44 in the 5000m at the Widener Invitational… Ran the 10,000m for the first time in his career at the NJAC Championship and finished second with a time of 32:28.33.
