2025 Outdoor: NJAC Second Team in 3000m steeplechase… Competed in seven meets… Ran the 3000m, 5000m and 3000m steeplechase… Posted personal bests in the 5000m (15.:28.14) at the NJAC Championships and 3000m steeplechase (9:44.41) at the Widener Final Qualifier in his last collegiate race… Finished second out of eight runners in the 3000m steeplechase twice… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention. 
 
2025 Indoor: Ran in four meets… Ran the 3000m and 5000m… Posted team bests in the 3000m (9:00.39) and 5000m (16:06.66)… Finished 13th out of 32 runners in the 3000m at the Nazareth Challenge Cup. 
 
2024 Outdoor: NJAC Second Team in steeplechase… Competed in eight meets… Ran the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 3000m steeplechase… Won his first career race at the 2024 TCNJ Invite in the 3000m steeplechase… Posted personal best times in the 1500m (4:18.01, Lions Invite), 5000m (15:30.34, Widener Paul Donahue Invitational) and 3000m steeplechase (9:58.89, NJAC Championships)… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.   
 
2024 Indoor: Ran in the 3000m at five meets and mile at one meet… Placed fifth out of 10 runners with a personal best time of 8:57.43 in the 3000m at the NJAC Championships… Finished 11th out of 26 in the 3000m at the Moravian Indoor Meet. 
 
2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Ran the 3000m steeplechase four times and 3000m and 5000m once each… Ran a season best time of 15:38.70 in the 5000m at the Widener Invitational… Finished a career-best second out of 10 in his first career 3000m steeplechase at the Ramapo Invitational… Posted a season best time of 10:00.01 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Widener Final Qualifier.  
 
2023 Indoor: Ran in five meets, four times in the 3000m and once in the 5000m… Ran a season best time of 9:01.95 in the 3000m at the NJAC Championships. 
 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Ran the 1500m and 5000m… Ran a personal best time of 4:26.00 in the 1500m at the Osprey Open… Ran a time of 15:44.34 in the 5000m at the Widener Invitational in for a season best… Placed fifth out of 18 in the 5000m at the TCNJ Invitational. 
 
2022 Indoor: Ran in three meets in his rookie season… Competed in the mile twice and 3000m once… Ran the mile in 4:47.02 at the NJAC Championships for a personal best.
