2025 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Ran the 3000m and 5000m… Clocked a season best of 9:28.67 in the 3000m at the Fastrack National Invite. 
 
2024 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Ran in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m… Ran a season-best 16:03.42 in the 5000m at the Widener Paul Donahue Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention. 
 
2024 Indoor: Competed in five meets in the 300m and 5000m… Posted a personal best time of 9:11.26 in the 3000m at the NYU DIII Invitational. 
 
2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m…  Posted a season best time of 9:16.29 in the 3000m at the Stockton Invitational and personal best 16:03.08 in the 5000m at the Osprey Open… Finished fifth out of 24 in the 5000m at the Osprey Open… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention. 
 
2023 Indoor: Ran in seven meets… Competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m… Posted a personal best time of 4:39.40 in the mile at the NJAC Championships.  
 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Ran in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m… Finished 12th out of 25 in the 3000m at the Stockton Invite with a time of 9:36.26… Posted a season best time of 16:13.98 in the 5000m at the Widener Invitational… Ran 4:18.76 in the 1500m at the Lions Invitational for a personal best… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention. 
 
2022 Indoor: Ran 4:57.98 in the mile at the Fastrack Last Chance in his only race of the season. 
 
2021 Outdoor: Competed in four meets in his rookie year… Ran the 1500m three times and 3000m steeplechase once… Ran 4:44.81 for 1500m at Stockton Invite #3 for a personal best.
