2025 Outdoor: Ran in eight meets, including the Penn Relays… Ran in the 400m, 400m hurdles and 4x400 relay… Ran a personal best time of 57.33 seconds in the 400m hurdles at the NJAC Championships…. Finished second out of six in the 400m hurdles at the Osprey Open and second out of seven in the 400m at the Ramapo College Twilight.
2025 Indoor: Ran in four meets… Competed in the 60m hurdles, 200m, 400m and 4x400 relay… Ran 9.50 seconds in the 60m hurdles at the Seamus McElligott Invitational for a personal best.
2024 Outdoor: NJAC Second Team in 4x400m relay… Competed in 10 meets in his first outdoor season, including the Penn Relays… Ran the 400m, 400m hurdles and 4x400 relay… Earned his first career win on the winning 4x400 relay team at the Osprey Open… Posted a personal best time in the 400m (51.19) at the Widener Paul Donahue Invitational and season best 400m hurdles (1:00.40) at the NJAC Championships.
