2024 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 3000m… USTFCCCA All-Region in mile… NJAC First Team in mile… NJAC Honorable Mention in distance medley relay… Competed in five meets… Broke his own school records in the mile (4:13.27) at the Fastrack National Invite and 3000m (8:18.79) at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic… Won the mile at the NJAC Championships and TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational.
 
2023 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 1500m… NJAC First Team in 5000m… Competed in seven meets… Ran in the 1500m, 5000m and 4x800 relay… Set school records in the 1500m with a time of 3:53.94 at the AARTFC Championships and in the 5000m with a time of 14:45.88 at the Widener Invite… Won the NJAC title in the 5000m… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2023 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 3000m… NJAC Second Team in mile… Ran in seven meets… Competed in the 800m, mile, 3000m, 5000m and 4x400 relay… Posted his first two career individual victories, winning the mile at the Seamus McElligott Invitational and 3000m at the NYU DIII Invitational.
 
2022 Outdoor: Ran in six meets in his freshman season… Ran in the 800m and 1500m… Best finish was fifth twice, once in the 800m and once in the 1500m… Set personal best times of 1:57.39 in the 800m and a season best of 3:56.44 in the 1500m.
