2023 Outdoor: Ran in three meets… Ran in the 200m, 400m and 4x400 relay… Earned his first career victory by running a leg on the victorious 4x400 relay team at the Osprey Open… Finished third out of 46 runners in the 400m at the Stockton Invitational.
2023 Indoor: Ran in nine meets… Ran in the 200m, 300m, 400m, 4x200 relay and 4x400 relay… Set a personal best time of 23.38 seconds in the 200m at the Big Apple Invitational… Posted a career best time of 51.65 seconds in the 400m at the NJAC Championships.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets in the 400m and 4x400 relay… Ran a personal best of 52.28 seconds and finished second out of 38 runners in the 400m at the Stockton Invite… Competed in the 4x400 at Penn Relays.
2022 Indoor: Ran in three meets in his first season… Ran in 4x400 relay twice as well as the 60m and 400m once each.
