2025 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets… Ran the 1500m, 3000m and 3000m steeplechase… Ran a personal best time of 10:25.61 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Widener Paul Donahue Invitational… Set personal best times in the 1500m (4:17.22) at the NJAC Championships and 3000m (9:28.07) at the Rowan Oscar Moore Invitational… Placed fourth out of 11 in the 1500m at the Ramapo College Twilight… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets in his first outdoor campaign… Ran in the 1500m, 3000m and 3000m steeplechase… Ran 10:29.56 in the 3000m steeplechase at the NJAC Championships for a season best… Ran 4:24.24 in the 1500m at the Bill Butler Invitational for a season best.
