2015 Indoor: Competed in the 800m, mile, 3000m and 4x800m relay.
2014 Outdoor: Ran in the 1500m and 5000m… Set a personal best time of 4:06.83 in the 1500m at the CTC Championships… Ran a personal-best 16:12.95 in the 5000m at the NJAC Championships.
2014 Indoor: NJAC Second Team in 4x800 relay… Competed in the 800m, mile, 1000m, 3000m, 4x800m relay and distance medley relay… Earned the first two wins of his career in the 4x800m relay and distance medley relay at the CTC Championships … Ran 4:31.04 in the mile at the NJAC Championships for a career best … Set a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 9:30.41 at Lebanon Valley Dutchmen Invite.
2013 Outdoor: Ran in the 800m, 1500m and 4x800m relay in his freshman season… Ran 2:03.27 at Georgian Court Last Chance Meet in the 800m for a career best.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the mile, 1000m, 4x800m relay and distance medley relay in his rookie year… Ran 2:44.64 in the 1000m at Franklin & Marshall Coach I Open for a personal best.
