2024 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Ran the 1500m and 5000m… Ran a personal best time of 15:36.00 in the 5000m at the Widener Paul Donahue Invitational… Finished fourth out of 13 runners in the 5000m at the Delaware Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
2024 Indoor: Ran in the mile at the 2024 TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational for his only race of the season.
2023 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets in his first outdoor season as an Osprey… Competed in the 1500m at five meets and also ran in the 5000m and 4x800 relay… Posted a personal best time of 4:12.14 in the 1500m at the Widener Final Qualifier.
2023 Indoor: Competed in six meets in his first season at Stockton… Ran in the 800m, mile, 3000m, distance medley relay and 4x400 relay… Helped Stockton to fourth place in the distance medley relay at the NJAC Championships… Finished 11th out of 28 in the 800m at the Bow Tie Invitational.
