2024 Outdoor: Competed in three meets in the 3000m steeplechase and one in the 5000m… Produced his best career finish of second place out of five in the 3000m steeplechase at the TCNJ Invite… Posted a personal best time of 10:17.59 in the 3000m steeplechase at the NJAC Championships, finishing fifth… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
2024 Indoor: Ran the mile at the Fastrack Season Opener in his only race of the season.
 
2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets in his first outdoor campaign… Ran in the 800m, 1500m and 4x800 relay… Ran a leg on the 4x800 relay team that finished third out of 12 at the Osprey Open… Set a personal best time of 4:11.51 in the 1500m at the Widener Invitational.
 
2023 Indoor: Competed in five meets in his rookie season… Ran in the mile, 3000m and 5000m… Set a personal best time in the 3000m of 9:11.71 at the Seamus McElligott Invitational.
