Alexis Bermudez joined the Stockton staff for the 2026 season. Bermudez possesses coaching experience from a season at College of the Holy Cross in 2022 as well as stints with youth travel teams. She pitched for the Puerto Rico national team at the Pan Am Championship and World Games in 2025.
Bermudez pitched at James Madison University for three years, compiling a 23-8 record and 113 strikeouts in 193.1 innings. During the 2021 season, she helped the Dukes to a 41-4 record, Colonial Athletic Association championship and an appearance in the Women’s College World Series.
Bermudez began her college career at Bethune Cookman, where she was chosen 2018 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year and MEAC Tournament Outstanding Performer after helping the Wildcats to the MEAC championship. In 2019, Bermudez was selected MEAC Pitcher Of The Year.
Bermudez graduated in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from James Madison.
