Joe Costantini is in his fifth year on the Stockton softball coaching staff. Costantini has helped the Ospreys to 99 victories during his time as an assistant coach. He was a member of the staff that was chosen NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year and NFCA Region IV Coaching Staff of the Year in 2026.

Costantini has prior coaching experience from the Firecrackers New Jersey travel program as well as the South Jersey Raptors baseball team.
