Sandy Morris is in her fourth year as an assistant coach at Stockton. Morris arrived at Stockton with extensive knowledge as both a player and a coach, including over 16 years of coaching experience. As a player, Morris earned all-state honors at Sterling High School and later was inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013.Â
Morris played at Monmouth University, where she started all 46 games as a freshman in 2000 and batted .295 with 22 RBI to help the Hawks to a 32-13-1 overall record and 16-4 conference mark. In 2002, Morris was invited to try out for the U.S. Olympic team as a catcher.
